Physical Therapy

Comprehensive Evaluation followed by physical therapy treatment. This will include manual based techniques such as dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work, and stretching. Therepeutic exercises will include a combination of mobility, strength, and stability exercises to meet the patients needs to return to pain free activity.

My name is Eric Ford, and I’m the owner of Ageless Athlete Physical Therapy. A bit about me: I’ve been an orthopedic physical therapist for 17 years in the Lake Norman area, and over the past 9 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes of all ages and disciplines to enhance their sports performance. I hold certifications in dry needling, barbell rehab, running technique (via the POSE method), and advanced manual therapy techniques. Additionally, I specialize in rehabilitating overhead athletes and those recovering from ACL injuries
